Job Description We are seeking an energetic, customer service-oriented professional to create a positive first and last impression of our campus for our students, employees, and visitors.
This is a full time position reporting to the Director of Admissions.
The Receptionist is responsible for answering and routing all incoming phone calls, greeting all visitors and answering inquiries, assisting with the ordering of office supplies, sorting incoming mail, gathering and tracking documents required for student files, and tracking Admissions phone leads and entering new leads into CampusVue.
This position may require variable hours, to include day, evening, and Saturday hours.
Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office applications High school diploma Prior office and receptionist experience Possesses an upbeat, professional personality and is a team player Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor and represent the company in a professional manner with all customers, personnel, vendors and students Recommended Skills Customer Service Friendliness Microsoft Office Passionate Team Working Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
