We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced individual to join our team as a Hotel Bouncer.
As a Hotel Bouncer, you will be responsible for ensuring and enforcing the policies of the hotel as well as ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a strong presence at the hotel entrance, monitoring and controlling access to the property.
Ensure all hotel guests are following policies of the hotel, including, but not limited to, on time payments, check out times, etc.
Handle any conflicts or disturbances calmly and professionally, intervening when necessary to maintain order and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Escort unruly guests or individuals causing disruptions off the premises, employing tact and diplomacy in all interactions.
Collaborate closely with hotel management, security personnel, and local authorities to promptly address any security concerns or emergency situations.
Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and emergency protocols to effectively respond to various situations.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, complaints, and any other relevant information, preparing detailed reports as required.
Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems to identify and respond to any suspicious activity.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bouncer, security officer, or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests, staff, and external parties.
Strong observation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and security procedures is desirable.
Availability to work flexible shifts.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Additional security certifications or training are a plus.
